Shipping Coverage

We proudly offer Australia-wide express shipping to all regions, including metropolitan and regional areas. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We utilise Australia Post Express Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically, 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee of $9.95 AUD applies to all orders.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free express shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
