We kindly ask that you carefully read our Purchase and Shipping Terms to ensure that you fully understand your rights when buying products from our website.

All products sold by Underwraps Vintage are pre-owned and vintage. As each piece has had a previous life, some may show signs of wear and age. We provide a condition rating under each product description, and any significant flaws will be noted clearly.

Returns Policy

Underwraps Vintage does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you believe an item is faulty or you’ve received something different from what was described, please contact us at underwrapsvintage@gmail.com and our customer support team will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

If a return or refund is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and any packaging (such as dust bags) included.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note:

• Signs of wear are expected with vintage items and are not considered faults unless otherwise stated.

• All store credits, gift cards, and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
